
Merry Christmas
Christmas holidays start tomorrow and as both Prawta and I are international students, we will not be in England over Christmas and there will be no work done on the film. I have put it into the schedule that we will be losing about 2-3 weeks of work as we both need a break. As we loose those weeks, we are not having any holiday over Easter and will be catching up on the work then. Easter will be the weeks of cleaning up all the shots. editing and composite them together. I h

Deadline week
The last week the focus have been on finishing the dissertation in time for the deadline. The crew have their shots and tasks to do, which have been going smoothly. There have been a few crew members who have said that they could not meet the deadlines I have set them, as they have to focus on their own hand-in. I have no problem with this as both Prawta and I have been doing the same. We have of course helped out if there has been in problems or question regarding their work

Learning cruve
Originally we gave the position of lead animator to a 3rd year, but unfortunately she is working on 3 projects and will not have the time for it and she did not fully understand what we want from our animators. As Prawta will not have the time to check all the animation by her self, we have given the position of lead animator to a 2nd year, he has been amazing with helping us working out scenes and shots. Milestone week
As Prawta and I are very busy making sure everything is ready for the milestone, we have not had time to finish off the templates. In the last crew meeting, the crew asked us to add light directional arrows onto the template, as they need to know easily where the light is in each scene. I made a Facebook post explaining that the colouring templates with the light arrows will be done on Wednesday so that the crew can work on their other assignments in the meantime. We have be
